Items at or below their reorder level get a purchase order, rounded to the pack size and grouped by vendor. Your own reorder levels are used where your file has them.

The PO goes to the concerned person with a link. They see the items, change a quantity if needed, and approve or reject — right from their phone.
Order to the Vendor
Once approved, the PO goes to the vendor on WhatsApp, SMS or email, asking which items are available and the delivery date.

"Only 40 of 100 available" — confirm the 40, and ask other vendors of the same category for price and delivery date for the remaining 60.
